Payment
We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports various payment options including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular mobile wallets.
Yes, it is completely safe. We use Razorpay's secure payment gateway which ensures that all transactions are encrypted and secure, protecting your personal and financial information.
Currently, we do not offer cash on delivery. All payments must be made online through Razorpay at the time of purchase.

Products
All our products are custom-made and dyed in batches. Slight color variations can occur due to factors like temperature during the dyeing process.
However, we do our due diligence and update our product pictures to reflect any color changes from batch to batch.
To ensure the longevity of your jilbab or makhna, we recommend following the care instructions provided with each product. Generally, it’s best to hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals, and hang dry or lay flat to dry to maintain the shape and quality of the fabric. Specific care instructions may vary depending on the material, so please refer to the product label for detailed guidelines.
We use high-quality, breathable fabrics for our jilbabs and makhnas to ensure comfort and durability. The materials include cotton, jersey, and chiffon, among others. Each product description provides specific details about the fabric used, so you can choose according to your preference and needs.
Returns & Exchanges
At Salah Store, we offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy for unused, odour-free items in their original packaging. Returns are only accepted within India. Customers need to ship the products to us, and if we arrange a pickup, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you receive a damaged item, please email us immediately at support@thesalahstore.com for assistance. We will guide you through the process to ensure a quick resolution.
Items must be free of stains and odours, returned with original tags, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, and we recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery. Salah Store is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- We will provide you with detailed instructions to complete your return.
- Do not ship any packages without contacting us first. Packages sent without prior communication will not be accepted.
