Refund Policy
At Salah Store, we prioritise customer satisfaction and offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy for unused, odour-free items in their original packaging. The Return Policy shall include cross border return policy as well. We only offer Returns within India and the customers need to ship the products to us, else if we arrange a pickup, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged item, please email us immediately at support@thesalahstore.com for assistance.
Return Process
If you're not satisfied with your item(s), follow these steps for a return:
- Email us at returns support@thesalahstore.com with:
- Your Order Number
- Item(s) names you wish to return
- Reason for return (Your feedback helps us improve)
- We'll provide you with detailed instructions to complete your return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be free of stains and odours, and returned with original tags.
- Shipping costs for returning items are the customer's responsibility.
- We recommend using tracked shipping for returns to ensure safe delivery. Salah Store is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- Refunds will be processed within two business days upon receiving your package. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Under Caps (hygiene reasons)
- Scrunchies (hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items purchased with a discount of 21% or more
- All markdowns
Important Notes
- Do not ship any packages without contacting us first. Packages sent without prior communication will not be accepted.
- Items damaged due to wear and tear or inadequate packaging by the customer will not qualify for a refund. The customer will bear the return shipping costs in such cases.
Salah Store reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
